On February 8, 2026, Futina Electrical Co., Ltd. hosted its grand "Healthier · Longer" 30th Anniversary Celebration and 2025 Annual Awards Gala at its Shunde headquarters. Futina employees, supplier partners, and distinguished guests gathered to reflect on three decades of dedication, honor excellence, and envision a new blueprint for the future.

"Thirty years of perseverance through trials and hardships; thirty years of fruitful harvests." With the host’s powerful opening, the awards ceremony officially commenced. Chairman of Futina Electrical, Mr. Liang Xiqiang and his wife, along with Vice General Manager Mr. Liang Weijie and other senior executives, graced the event to witness this moment of glory with the entire "Futina Family."

Mr. Liang Weijie, Vice General Manager of Futina Electrical, delivered the opening address. He reviewed the company's steady progress amidst market challenges in 2025 and expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees, encouraging everyone to continue moving forward with one heart and one mind to reach new heights in the coming year.

Honoring Excellence: Employee and Management Awards

Outstanding Employee Awards — A total of 29 employees from across the manufacturing, marketing, R&D, and administrative systems were honored with this prestigious award. Whether working diligently on the front lines or driving innovation within their specialized roles, these individuals have embodied the spirit of "Professionalism and Dedication" through their concrete actions.

Outstanding Management Awards — A total of 10 leaders, ranging from Supervisors and Managers to Directors, took the stage in recognition of their exceptional leadership and significant team contributions.

Notably, Mr. Liang Weijie, Vice General Manager and Director of the Export Department, was honored with the "Director-Level Outstanding Manager Award." This award recognizes his unwavering sense of responsibility and his pivotal role in leading the export business to a major breakthrough despite challenging market headwinds.

Outstanding Team Award — The Export Department was honored with the "2025 Team of the Year" award in recognition of their exceptional sales performance and remarkable team cohesion.

During the banquet address, Chairman Mr. Liang Xiqiang shared a heartfelt reflection on Futina’s 30-year journey and articulated the company's future direction centered on the theme "Healthier · Longer":

Cake Cutting and Toasting Ceremony

Chairman Mr. Liang, accompanied by his wife and senior executives, jointly cut the grand birthday cake symbolizing Futina’s 30th anniversary. Raising their glasses in a toast, they paid tribute to the past and shared their aspirations for the future:

Long-Service and Supplier Awards

10 / 15 / 20-Year Long-Service Awards — Nearly 200 employees took the stage in succession to receive the company's heartfelt tribute for their long-term dedication.

Among them, Chairman Liang Xiqiang and his wife, Ms. He Lianhao, were honored with the "30-Year Long-Service Award." This special moment serves as a testament to the inspiring story of a couple working in perfect harmony while growing alongside the enterprise since its founding.

Supplier Partnership Awards — Four major categories were established: "Quality Craftsmanship," "Cost Optimization Pioneers," "Solidarity & Partnership," and "Outstanding Supplier." Representatives from 38 supplier companies took the stage to receive their honors. As indispensable companions along the industrial chain, they have marched forward side-by-side with Futina.

Presentation of the "Chasing Dreams · Founding Meritorious Award"

A special segment of the gala featured the presentation of the "Chasing Dreams · Founding Meritorious Award," which was presented to Chairman Liang Xiqiang by his wife, Mrs. He Lianhao.

As the award citation elegantly stated: "A thirty-year entrepreneurial journey fueled by an unwavering mission; half a century of devotion to Futina lighting the way to the future. Since the company's inception in 1995, Mr. Liang Xiqiang and Mrs. He Lianhao have worked side-by-side. Mr. Liang led the way in market expansion and technological innovation, while Mrs. He managed internal operations, overseeing production and safeguarding quality. It is precisely this 'unity of heart and mind'—a silent understanding and persistent dedication—that has allowed Futina to grow from nothing to something, from small to great, and to step steadily into brilliance".

Cultural Performances & Lucky Draws

The celebration featured a spectacular lineup of performances, including vibrant dances such as "Inspiring Drums," "Galloping Horses," and "Sweet Lady," while the soulful song "Years Like a Song" reflected on the profound legacy of the past thirty years. Multiple rounds of lucky draws further electrified the atmosphere, with a generous array of prizes—including luxury gifts, cash, JD gift cards, and Huawei smartphones—filling the hall with cheers and laughter.

The Cash Grand Prize brought the evening to its ultimate climax. Chairman Mr. Liang Xiqiang and his wife, Ms. He Lianhao, together drew 20 lucky winners for the 1,000 RMB cash prizes.
