We need to making enough markting survey, study the relevant technology standard,evaluate the invest and risk, confirm a design concept, then we will draft a preliminary project scheme.

Design
Complete the detailed structure design, making 3D samples to crosscheck the structure, then check the tooling design, tooling quotation and unit price, and review the quality standard and certificates.

Tooling Making
After confirm the tooling development scheme, the updated timetable will be drafted, then there will be T0 T1 and T2 samples for reviewing. The tooling will be arranged back to factory and process the tooling delivery evaluation.

Production
The relevant production instruction & quality control document will be drafted, then the trail production will be held, we will analysis the production problems, and sloved. After all this jobs, the mass-production can be start smoothly.
